Most people have misconceptions about what options you have to help grow your family. Infertility can be treated with medicine, artificial insemination or assisted reproductive technology. Many times these treatments are combined.

In Vitro Fertilization(IVF)
Formation of embryos from sperm and oocytes in the laboratory. Eggs are retrieved after the use of ovarian stimulation medications, and sperm is collected.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
This refers to technique of placing washed sperm into the uterine cavity. IUI is usually performed in combination with the use of ovulation induction or ovarian stimulation medications.
Gender Selection and Genetic Testing
If you are trying to have a child, you can consider using fertility techniques to determine your baby’s gender. Medical science can now determine the sex of an embryo before placing it in the uterus.

Advanced Reproductive Therapies

Egg Donation/Surrogacy
Egg (ovum) donation involves harvesting eggs from a donor chosen by the couple. The donor is usually between 21 and 31 years of age and thus should have a lot of good quality eggs.
Surrogacy
We work closely with select donor agencies to coordinate cycles involving ovum (egg) donation and gestational surrogacy.
Reproductive Surgery
Our physician is an expert in reproductive surgery. We perform minimally invasive procedures such as laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.
Andrology Services
We are licensed to process sperm samples in our facility. Collection facilities are present in our office for patient convenience.

Kaiser Patients
We have discounts available for Patients with Kaiser insurance! Many Kaiser facilities (Santa Rosa, Petaluma, San Rafael) do not have a Fertility Specialist on staff. Keeping fertility treatments simple, effective and affordable is always a primary goal.
Financial Information and Discount Programs
We realize that fertility treatment is costly. We strive to make treatment affordable to all patients. If you have a financial hardship, please don't hesitate to apply for one of our many discount programs.
Donated Embryos
Our high pregnancy rates from IVF mean that we have a SURPLUS of frozen embryos. Many of our grateful patients want to give other couples the chance to have the baby of their dreams too! So they have donated the embryos to us to pass on to others!
